As part of Thriving Communities, the State Government is also supporting Together SA to undertake a collective impact approach in northern Adelaide, called Together in the North.
Together SA is a non-government organisation supporting local leadership groups across SA with easy access to responsive and flexible support for their collective impact initiatives.
This collective impact initiative in Playford aims to produce policy, systems and service change to turn the curve on the wellbeing of local children.
Together SA has undertaken initial consultation with child development leaders in the Playford area to scope a collective impact initiative aimed at improving the wellbeing of children generally with a focus on those children who are the most vulnerable in the community.
A leadership group for the project will be formed in early 2016. Once the leadership group has been established the timelines and milestones for the project in 2016 will be established with an action plan to be established that rests on the best data, evidence and community participation.
